DVDFab Decrypter, latest version - spyware?

I just upgraded my DVDFab Decrypter and when I was installing the files my anti- spyware flags one of the files as being malicious code. Can anyone verify it is clean and that this was a false flag? I have been using this software since it was first introduced without any problems and I would hate to have to quit with this wonderful piece of freeware because of embedded spyware code.
