Problems with joining 2 AVI files

I have two quite large AVI files which I need to join seamlessly. I was just wondering what the best software to do this would be. I'm looking for quality software...even if I have to pay for it. I don't want any quality loss in my videos. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I no longer need any help with this. I used VirtualDub to join the two AVI files. Sorry about this topic. It can be deleted if needed. Thanks.
