What can you do? Copy a psp game? Put a psp game onto your memory card through a memory stick?

Most ISO files range from about 200-500mb, so depending on the game you can fit up to 4/5 at a time.

Yes, and buy.com has a Sandisk 1 GB memory stick pro duo for $50 after rebates right now so buy! buy! buy!

P.S. - to run any of those games or apps off the memory stick (i.e. - to run 'homebrew') you gotta have no later than firmware version 1.50 on your PSP. If you're at 1.51 - 2.0 there is still hope for you so long as you don't upgrade further - you can downgrade the fw in this case. Look in your settings on your psp to find out where you're at. Don't bother if you're at 2.01 - 2.50, for now.
