End of disk Error when Encoding

Everytime i go to use the Nero Recode Dvd - Video program with Nero it always fails with atleast 30 seconds left to go. I put a dvd in dvd drive, i click import DVD i find it, select video_ts. I then select next, i make a destination folder and i select (High Quality mode, slow recoding) and click burn. The encoding goes smooth for almost a hour and then when its just the last 30 seconds it says Failed 2% end of disk. EVERYTIME, how can i fix this problem? I am using AnyDVD to get the protection off so im not sure what the problem can be? Also when i burn with DVD Shrink it always says Failed end of disk also. Can someone help me! Is there something wrong with my burner or what?!!?
