i personally havent tried any of those downgrading programs. but from what i have read on the other threads, you have to upgrade to 2.0 then you will be able to downgrade to 1.5. if you are looking for links or programs i suggest that you look at the other threads because its asked everywhere.

Now I understand matters little better, I can find 2.0->1.5 downgraders anywhere, but where are ??->2.0 unpgraders? (since I can't do 1.52->1.5)

no problem. you can find the 2.0 update at the offical sony psp website. and on games such as gta:lcs, the update will actually be on the umd.

You can only downgrade 2.00 to 1.50, so upgrade to 2.00. BUT DONT USE NETWORK UPDATE!!! It'll go to 2.50!!! And don't use the official site either. Just dld from psp-hacks.com or something.
