1)

I have found DVDSANTA to be the easiest prgramm to burn avi files into DVD's. I have a problem with one movie that I want to burn which has an audio delay of about 15 seconds. Is there away of doing something that will put the audio and video back into sync.

2) I ave another movie file which Iwant to copy and each time I click onthe file in windows explorer or add the file into DVDSANTA, windows explorer crashes. Whats causing this problem

Try use e.g. VSO (free version) for encoding, then Nero for the final burning:
