I want to buy this game but dont want to upgrade.

from recent rumours yes it looks like it. trying to load it with fw 1.5 will result in the same error as gta:lcs.

and btw theres a gta:lcs 1.5 loader being released according to a certain person who claims to have found a way round it i will keep you informed if your interested

Yes please keep me informed of a GTS 1.5 loader!

I would gladly buy the game if there was a way to not have to upgrade my PSP.

An ISO would be nicer though ;)
