hehe i gotta order a vid card today or tomorrow and i was wonderihng which one is the better of the two...plz help me out with this one i need proffesional advice!

If you can afford it, go for a 7800, it will knock the spots off the other 2. Also, Nvidia has FAR superior driver support.

Failing that I would go for the Nvidia, just for better driver support!

thanks for the advice but i got AGP and a $200 budget. I am most likely going with the X800GT cuz the 6800 is only 128MB DDR and 700Mhz memory clock. The X800GT is 256MB GDDR3 and 980Mhz memory clock.

Ragnarok just finished reading the reviews for the ATI card and I would go with the X800GT. I was thinking of getting the same one but like I said before Im on that 100 budget for now.
