hi,
ive completed gta:lcs and am using cheats to use the game to its max. what do chets reli do? will they just affect the game or even the psp too? if so how?

They are just pretty much a "glitch" in the game, triggered by you hitting buttons in a proper order, the cheats were progrmed in by the makers of the game, they do not affect your PSP

but ive heard that if ur using cheats and ur just about to save, a warning message pops up and tells u its unadvised to save the game beacuse cheats have been activated. so this is just an empty warning?

Usually when you save with cheats, it messes up the game I think, so you just the one with cheats into a different save slot.
