Make sure you gave the version 1.5 upgrade in the PSP/GAME/UPDATE folder. the update folder must be named "UPDATE" with caps. This should keep if from being corrupted.

k, put t3h overflow.tif in t3h PHOTOS, put t3h h.bin in t3h root, etc etc. Now put t3h 1.5 update in t3h GAME\UPDATE folder.
Make sure its 1.5 update eboot and its not a damaged file. if persists try another source.

Go to j00R PHOTOS. It will diplasy somthin like
0010382 0198437294 0192874932743 097432947329 0932473298
2426492846 83264263278 893463287467 93746327843 9374628
32637438 8463284 938746328764378 983764238743 932874632
etc etc etc.
turn off your PSP. and run the update. then put in the AC and itll downgrade. at 99% ill seem to have bricked. just off, on and off again will do. Then Circle.

DONE!

I was told to change my sig so I did this.

Makes sence to me what's your problem?!

I think you want to Downgrade to the v1.50 Firmware? If that's the case you need to locate a v1.50 Firmware. In these instances I find google to be an immense resource of help.

Once you manage to get you Hands on a v1.50 Update EBOOT.pbp File you'll need to place that under your x:\PSP\GAME\UPDATE Folder. If you have managed to successfully use the *.tif Exploite to trick your PSP? into thinking it's a V1.0 then you should have no trubbles in getting the V1.50 Updater to work on v2.0. Thuss downgradeing your PSP? ineffect.

Like the Other Guy said it should crash at 99% you just then need to reboot the PSP? and then Press the Circle Button to reset the Dashboard (i.e. The XMB),. Reset your PSP? information Username, Networking et-al., and enjoy!

Makes sence to me!
