What to do with .iso file??

Ok downloading a game that is in the format of .iso . Now its been a while and i used to use these files i beleive with cdrwin. Just cant remember what to do with them. Can you point me in the right direction or give me a detailed explanation of what exactly i should do? Thanks in advance.

Its an image file. So just open start smart and select burn image to disk. Unless you want to go through the learning curve of how to mount an image file to play it from the image.
