why my Nokia 8800 got call rejected?

I bought a Brand New 8800 from my friend 3 weeks ago, and last night it was not working anymore, when I call out, shows Call Rejected,except 999 emergency calls.

Why?

My phone is unlocked and can be used in any uk networks.

Is it possible that IMEI has been blocked? or some1 report it stolen or lost???

And if the answer is YES, how can I fix this? PlZ HELP, huge thanks!
