My parents don't have cable, but they like to record stuff (even though they only get 5 channels). They have a dvd player that used to record but now it doesn't work very well. I would like to buy them something that works better. Is there something that could record to a hard drive but still play dvds (that's affordable)? Keep in mind they get their channels from an antenna.
