Hey All,
At the moment I am stuck capturing my Analog vid in mpeg1. I have a Dazzle DVC and no job due to 6 herniated discs, so purchasing somthing that captures in mpeg2 is not feasable now. What I desperatly wanna know is what is the highest bitrae I can use when capturing mpeg1 to auther a DVD. I have just been using the VCD template and changing audio to 48000 so when I autor with Ulead DVDWorkshop no conversion is neccessary, but dazzle will let me set the vid bitrae to 3000will that work or do I have to stick with 1150? Please tell me someone.
