Another NAT Error Problem - Not a newbie!

Done all of the basics.

Set Azureus to port 53000, forwarded ports (53000-53009) in router, disabled Windows firewall, configured modem to bridge mode. Set exception rules in Norton Antivirus 2005, etc. I have done it all! (20 times over and two days involved.)

I still get NAT error in Azureus and Shields up still shows my port as stealth (with Azureus running).

Any ideas on what could still be blocking or stealthing my port?
I tried all different kind of port numbers, etc.

My file transfer is poor to good at times, 2KB/s to 85KB/s. It?s just failing all of the NAT test.

It turned out to be the Westell 6100 modem. No matter what I did, it would not forward the port settings. I ended up putting it in full bridge mode and disabled DHCP. I used my Linksys router to establish my internet connection and set port forwarding in it.
