well one movie...that seems wrong unless you're formatting them wrong b/c 512 seems awfully big for one movie...anyway here is how you do the movie transfer:
1. first things first you have to be able to connect your psp to your comp w/ a usb cable, if not stop now.
2. once hooked up, within your psp menu go all the way to the left and click on usb connection. This will pull up a menu automaticall on your pc usually, but if not go to my computer and it will be the removable harddrive.
3. within the root folder, thats the one your in as soon as you open the removable hdd, make a folder called MP_ROOT. Then within this folder create another folder called 100MNV01.
4. Then you have to download the 3GP converter, can't tell you how to get that one, but pm me if you want a link, or find it yourself.
5. When using the 3GP converter make it in english, and then within setup you're gonna wanna choose: MP4 for PSP (Direct, Renamed). Another setting that is important is to make sure the output type is no more than 368x208/29.97fps/1500kbpsstereo/128kbps, anything higher on the list doesn't seem to work for me whatsoever.
6. Once those settings are done run 3GP, select a folder for the outgoing files, and click and drag your movie files to convert them to mp4...they should come out in a format that your psp can read. It'll be something like M4VXXXXX
7. Once conversion is finished drag the newly converted files into the 100MNV01 folder...and there ya go, within your psp menu under movies and memory stick your video files should be ready to play.
Important to note i did this with a specific 3GP converter, but there are many out there which is why i'm not specifying where all the settings are, therefore i cannot gaurantee how easy it will be to find these settings in the 3GP converter you get, but do ya best and gl.
