OK heres the deal
i had kazaa for a long time
one day i decided to delete it and reinstall it for no reason then in the middle of the installment his message comes up saying Error 1013 you have uninstalled one of kazaa's compnents
WHAT THE HELL DOES IT MEAN
i installed my windows media player back and everything also im clueless :( help me...

when you first uninstalled it, did you use the add/remove programs feature, the kazaa uninstaller or did you just delete the folder???

You have to completely unistall Kazaa from your computer before you can reinstall any version. First uninstall using the add/remove window. There will still be a few sub directories left in your windows program files that the unistall didn't remove. You'll have to manually delete these by going into program files and removing the Kazaa folder. I had to shut my machine off and reboot in order to be able to delete these folders. Then you can reinstall Kazaa on your computer. I seem to remember an error message which I clicked OK for the install wizard to continue. I've been using the latest version for over six months with no problems. Make sure you install only Kazaa Lite at k-lite.tk/ as there is no Spyware associated with this version. Some newer versions upon start up will ask if you want to upgrade. Click no as this version contains spyware also.
