Hey. I've been using bittorrent clients for awhile. I was using bittorrent as a client not too long ago and I usually just turned it on when i went to school everyday. I had speeds from 60 kilobytes to 140 kilobyes. Then something happened and the speed drastically dropped to nothing higher then 15 kilobytes per second so i tryed changing clients. I tried azureus, bitcomet, and utorrent and none of them will give me speeds higher then 15 kilobyes a second. I tryed opening ports on the firewall and messing around with other stuff, but none of it seems to help. I have sbc/yahoo isp and a speedstream 5100 adsl modem with windows xp and im not sure what my connection speed is. I think its something like 1mbps? On other p2p programs like bearshare, i can get speeds up to 200 kilobytes a second, but i would rather use torrents for saftey and better file quality and all that other stuff. But im not sure what to do and i would appreciate any help any of you could give me

Try installing Service Pack 2 - That fixed my problem.
