Hi, i have PSP version 2.0 and i was wondering if they have a fastloader (or something of that sort) that could play games that i downloaded, without me having to downgrade my PSP to version 1.5.

No, but you can downgrade and still play most games except the newest, big titles like GTA, Star Wars, and Socom. Don't forget that there are still people trying to crack those so they can be played too.
