hi there,i hope someone can help me. when i try to view links from 99% of websites i get a blank screen with the windows flag/banner waving in the top right corner but nothing happens no matter how long i leave it. any help or suggestions will be greatly accepted.

I dont know much about internet connectivity, but mabey you should contact your service provider. Or mabey you just have a virus.

Ya u should check to see if everything is running rite, and if all the cables are plugged in rite, but also, i STRONGLY recomend Mozilla FireFox (getfirefox.com), even tho in this case the browser proabably doesnt make any difference.

thanks a lot,just downloaded mozilla and it works just fine. dunno what could have been up with internet explorer,but hey,who cares!!!. many thanks i really appreciate the help.
