Ok I have opened the ports and done a NAT / Firewall check which has come up OK! so there doesn't seem to be any NAT Error.

I do however get pop-ups saying

*Error
UPnP: Mapping 'Incoming Peer Data Port (TCP/51000)' failed

*Error
UPnP: Mapping 'UDP Tracker Client Port (UDP/51000)' failed

I'm on a 1500/256 DSL Connection with TCP/UDP ports forwarded successfully (NAT Test OK, Shields up 'failed' - not in stealth. Speeds are generally up to about 20kb max (mainley in the teens at best), although I have maxed out at about 35/40kb (downloadin Azureus Update)

So help me out if you can guys - would be much appreciated.

cmon ppl, someone help me out

My ratio ATM is 0.8 overall - so I'm uploading heaps trying to get it even or in the positive (1+).. maybe it will speed up then.

Anyone know good "registered" sites which dl fast?

Any other settings I can tweak?
