What do you mean old files stay the same, MUSIC AND PICS will!!! And if you upgrade to 2.6 you wont be able to downgrade back to 1.5

I mean, if the firmware remains the same of the 1.5 version. What i'm tryin' to say is, you stay with the 1.5 homebrew, and the new things that the new version brings, like the RSS and the web browser, do you understand?

No such thing, dude...

ROMs in your PSP will be permanently changed and they're undeletable once you've upgraded or downgraded it.

If you wanna Free Location Player in your PSP, you need to upgrade it to v2.5.

But if you wan a Web Broswer in your PSP and stick to v1.5, you can try something like Tenchi Browser or Wipeout Pure Browser.

But remember, PSP v1.5 can't support AVC codec and BMP(and some other) images.

I hope these will help you.

Q: How do I add .iso's to my PSP? Firmware 2.60?

A: You don't!! Homebrew & .iso's will only work with Firmware v1.50 or v1.0 and not with anything else...
