what is the difference between USA iso and EUR iso

Hello i have a quest and i wil be glade if som1 helps me cz i am trying to find out and i can't what is the diff between EUR and USA isos if i have Eur psp2.0 downgraded to 1,5 wich one can i play??

Usually they play the same. Any 1.5 PSP can ran ISO from any region. The biggest different is game saves aren't interchangable. I'm not sure about online differences since I never took a Euro ISO online.
