I don't have swap magic, but I'm wondering if it is possible to play burnt games with codes on, whether it's on Gameshark, AR Max, or Codebreaker.

Thanks in Advance

Yes, it's possible, with all 3.

Can you please tell me how? Specifically with AR Max, or the old Codebreaker..
Thanks

PS-I don't have a chip or Swap Magic, so thats why I doubted that it would work. Can I still play the games with codes?

This is a bit confusing, do you mean wether or not you can play backups with cheats, or do you mean wether or not you can boot backups with a cheatcard?

I have several burnt games, and I would like to use AR Max codes or Codebreaker codes to use, like infinate health or whatever, and currently I play these burnt games with the Cog Swap trick, and have my own PSX Exploit disk and the works, but when I try to use the exploit disk on something like AR Max with codes on, it tells me to put in a PS2 disk (that isn't burnt, obviously), and I don't know of any way to play burnt games with codes on, so I asked here.

Thanks for your help, and in advance.

Ah, now i get what it is you want to do... i don't think you can use cheats on backups if you use the cogswap exploit... you could try asking this on the Exploitstation forums, located here : http://www.exploitstation.com/smf/ they might have an accurate answer.

Are there any other tricks without using Swap Magic, HD, or mod chips?
