Try this code without the sim.

If the phone doesn't respond to that code, insert a non accepted sim card and the phone will read "phone restricted", press the "undo" option and enter the code below in the restriction box and press enter or OK.

none of them worked. first i did the 1 without the sim but nothing happened and then i tried a different sim and typed in the code and it said phone restricted
