I got my psp way back in march and i have a 1.5 psp but my friend is getting one for christmas and he asked me what firmware is came with. I thought it was 2.0 but I wasnt sure so i decided to ask you guys.

the ones that are being SHIPPED now are at least 2.0s. However, the ones that sit in stores can be anything between a 1.5 or a 2.0, depending on where you are, and where you are getting it from.

if you goe to somewhere like EB you should be able to ask them to check the firmware, they might not know how, so you'll have to tell them!

If he/she really wants to get a 1.50, id day online sellers are your best bet :) just make sure you get a new/boxed/sealed one :) I got mine off ebay. no probs at all :)
