How do I copy from UMD. It dosn't show in my explorer. Is there a ripper of some sort I need. All I get when connected to my pc is the files on the mem stick.

hehe... n00bs always start a new thread about this to add to the 9 millione existing ones across psp forums on the internet... google is your friend :p

theyre called UMD dumpers and you MUST have firmware version 1.00-1.50. if anything above this, youre $hit outta luck, and have to go through the messy and potentially dangerous process of downgrading :)
