Hi. I'm been trying for a good number of hours now to play the Harry Potter iso game file, but with no success.
I'm using a PSP V1.5, which was upgraded to 2.0, but has been downgraded again. I tried using fastloader v0.7 as i believed this to be a iso loader, but couldn't seem to work that out (alli seemed to be able to do was load the current UMD in the PSP or make a backup of the UMD) so then downloaded and installed UMD Emulater V0.8 and followed the instructions for loading up an iso i read on some thread on this forum. When i load up UMD Emulator v0.8 i can see my iso listed on the screen, i leave the settins at their default which is....
CPU/Bus Speed : 222/111 mhz
ISO Mode : on
Disktype ISO : game
Disktype UMD : game
Updater Icon : Remove
Region Code Game : region Free
Region code Video : region Free
Region Code Audio : region Free
Flash0 emulation : on
Flast1 emulation : on
I select the iso i want to play, in this case harry potter. It then returns to the main psp menu. i hit up to select to play a UMD, and instead of seeing the UMD currently in the psp i now see Harry Potter. So far so good. When i select to play harry potter, it starts the load, the screen goes black and it returns to the main psp menu with the error code FFFFFED3. Game could not be started.
Please can someone tell me where i'm going wrong, is it because this game requires a psp 2.0 firmware to run, if so is there anyway around this. Does using a Wab Version changer work for this kinda thing, or am i heading up the wrong path.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
