Nero 7 DVD disk space problem

Hello - new here and new to Nero and I need some help

I'm trying to burn a 730M 90min MPEG movie on a DVD using Nero Vision on to a 4G 120min DVD-R.

The problem I'm having is I'm using Nero Vision and I go through all the steps to add the movie to the cue, etc. When I add the movie to the cue, it shows the disk usage bar at the bottom and with a 730M file, it comes no where close to the 4G mark. SO, I continue to proceed with the burning and it will go just fine, but later - it tells me to insert another blank disk - like it ran out of disk space.

How is that possible? The file I'm using does not exceed the file size or minutes that the disk is supposed to hold.

What am I doing wrong?
