hi all:

new here. been perusing, and trying to pick some stuff up. so...

i got myself a wipeout iso. wipeout's the main reason i got a psp... that and a 16 hour plane ride over the north pole in a few weeks. i got myself umd emulator 0.8c and dev hook 0.22. i don't have any umd's at the moment, not even a demo, so, based off of what i've read, i won't be able to play the wipeout iso with umd emulator. please correct me if i'm wrong.

so... i used dev hook 0.22 however, i'm having an issue with dev hook. when i go to single player race, pick my vehicle, pick my track, and go to load up the race, i get a white screen, freeze, and then the psp restarts. i've been able to race each track only once. when i go back to race it a second time, i get the freeze. any idea why this might be happening? would it suggest a faulty ISO dump? from what i can tell, there are no known issues with wipeout and dev hook.

any insight and suggestions would be great. thanks much.
