The Rev isn't a lot less powerfull, it only(like any oldest nintendo system) uses the same technologie as the Mac use. Sony and Microsoft use x86 proccessor wich are from Intel... A 1.5 ghZ rev will be as powerfull as one of the X360 processor. Nintendo said that the rev will be able to play same graphic level game than the X360 and the PS3. The Rev' won't support HD so it needs a lot less power to run the same thing...

You clearly dont know what you are talking about,
The ps3 uses a cell processor, not an intell
The xbox360 uses a three cored 3.2ghz processor from IBM
Clearly not a intell processor.
1.5ghz is not equivelent to a cell that has 7 spe's at 3.2ghz
Nor will it be as powerfull with a 3 way core each core working at 3.2ghz.
1.5ghz being lower 3.2ghz.
You got your facts all wrong to. Its rumered that the rev will have 4 cores at 2.4ghz. stil being the weakest out of the three.
And the revolution GPU is by ATI. Same with the 360's GPU. M$ has much mre money to offer to ATI, making the ATI xenos for the 360 more powerfull than the revolutions ATI.
And why are you saying that the processors are from intel? Toshiba and a bunch of companies made the cell processor, and ati made the 360's CPu is made by ATI and IBM. NOT INTELL.
And no the rev wont be as good as ps3 or xbox360 graphically. XEnos ati being more powerfull than the aka "hollywood"ati for rev. M$ has alote of money to offer ati, while nintendo doesnt have that much.

The difference between rev and the other to consols is goign to be the difference between ps2(being the rev) and xbox(being ps3 and xbox360.)

Rev will have gppd graphics, I saw an in-game opic of a rev game on ign i think and it looks pretty nice.

These Nintendo fans dont have a clue what they are talking about, even when it comes to thier own console. Sony and Microsoft have alot more money to give companies like ATI and Nvidea to make good graphical cards. I have no idea what that person is talking about when it comes to the CPU's. Like you said IBM worked in conjuntion with Microsoft to creat the CPU like Toshiba and IBM worked in conjunction with Sony on thier CPU.
Nintendo's console will of course have better graphics than the GC but I think Kookoo67 is being nice when he says that the Revolution will be equal in graphic quality like the PS2 was with the xbox. I think the Revolution will be more like what the xbox is now to the xbox 360.

No of course not. When I know myself that the simple things like the manufactorer of the CPU's in the three systems.
Like I said the revolution will be extreemly underpowered with no HD TV support.

Can't really say that when you remember that the number 1 selling gaming product ever is the GameBoy Advance. And all you people talking about how "good" graphics are and compairing specs are going to be dissappionted 5 years from now when everything is soo good they all look the same. Thats why Nintendo is doing there thing with the controllers right now...and i have a better, different picture of metriod prime 3 but i dont know how to load it

Revolution graphics won't be bad because they are obviously better than XBOX graphics AND... the REV can probably hand more AI or w/e its called on the screen at the same time than the XBOX meaning good graphics, and a lot going on the screen, I personally don't have a problem with that. PS3 and 360 might have better graphics, but the REV will still have awsome graphics, I mean, I dont know if it's just me, but PS2's grahpics are a bit better than Dreamcast graphics AND have a lot more going on the screen, but hey... DREAMCAST still has awsome graphics.

Gameboy is a handheld console and out did Sega by using less batteries, lasting longer, being smaller and having tetris.
I could use a better example. The Super Nintendo. Why did this do better than the Megadrive? Becuase it could handle games like Doom and run Street Fighter better. I do remember the good old day's (lol) and I do remember how graphics where important to the Nintendo fan back then when thier console was more powerfull or when it came to the N64 although I believe the PS1 to be more powerfull. Its funny how attitudes change when the tables are turned and all or the sudden graphics dont matter to much. Its not just graphics that power effects. Its the gameplay as well with more characters on screen, better AI, better physics and so on.
The revolution may be more powerfull than a xbox but the xbox was last generation. so please be talking in comaprison to todays generation with the PS3 and 360.

Yea, you compairing the revolution with the xbox, is like a diss to nintendo. I t would be like compairing nintendo 64 with snes.
N64 is 64 bit. ps1 and saturn was 32bit. The n64 was like half a gen ahead of ps1 and sega saturn. In spec terms.
Ill be back on which consol is more powerful.

well since nintendo is going to use Dual-Layered DVD discs they will have the same amount of space as Xbox 360 HD-DVD. Now since Xbox 360 has to cut a portion of that space out to make the game both standered and high def that means that nintendo will have more room to make there standered 480i look better than Xbox 360 480i.
Um..im not sure if that will make since or not so i hope someone gets what i mean.
