I'm using the latest version of AnyDVD and Elbay's CloneDVD2. I can't get rid of the commentary. I've tried two different original DVD's thinking that one might be a bad press. I've done the whole DVD and I've done just the movie. I've burned over 200 DVDs with this setup and not had this problem. Any suggestions?

It has to be the soundtrack selection. I had this issue with alexander and could not figure out why. So I redid it with Shrink and Shrink gave me the choice to select the AC3 5.1 which corrected the audio.

I don't know why I couldn's seem to find it in Clone.

If you find out where it is let me know.

I redid it in Shrink and it will play in the MyHD130 card DVD mode off the hard drive without the commentary. However, when I burned it with Nero the commentary was back. I was able to choose AC3 in both Shrink and Nero (2nd page, I believe). Other suggestions?

Nailed it! I had to choose AC3 5 channel audio in CloneDVD2. For some reason AC3 2 channel locked in the commentary and you could not get rid of it. On my other burns 2 channel wasn't a problem.
