i have made over 100 copys using shrink, but since i updated the firmware i keep getting errors now

Neros newest version of 6 I think 6.6.0.18 may help you. You also seem to have roxio on the system. If you update Nero and still have problems search here for link to roxio zapper to remove roxio and see if that helps.

- CDRALW2K.SYS is part of Roxio. try uninstalling Roxio (doesn't always play well with Nero), then you might need to fully remove using Roxio Zapper - http://www.microadvantage.net/utilities
