My program saying "Error Opening E:Video_TS" with every DVD!!! Help!

Ok, I'll tell you what the problem is and whats changed that may have caused it and maybe some one can help me!

First the problem:
Every time I go to backup a movie now (in this case Fantastic Four) with CloneDvd2 it says this:

Or for those who don't click the pic the message says:
Error opening video files from

E:/VIDEO_TS

E:/VIDEO_TS/VIDEO_TS.IFO:32 unable to open file

Now heres when it started. A few weeks back I had got DVD Fab Platinum. It didn't affect CloneDVD2. But I had bought the Lethal Weapon 1-4 on DVD and when I went to go coop the 3rd one I got that message with CloneDVD 2 and ever since then I get that message with every dvd I stick in there to try and copy! DVD Fab Platinum works fine though. Whats going on!

First off, is E:/ actually the ripping drive that your movie disk is in? Or is that your burner drive? Try choosing the other drive, in the "DVD Video Files" drop-down menu, at the top of CloneDVD page.

If the above, silly reason was not a solution, then:

Next, Exactly what versions numbers are you using of:
CloneDVD2 ?
AnyDVD ?

Lastly, Do you have DVD43 on your system?

Yeah, E: is where the movie is (ripping drive).

CloneDVD2 is 2.1.6.3
AnyDVD 4.1.6.3

As for DVD43, never heard of it so I guess then I don't have it on my system. :)

You are several versions behind with AnyDVD and CloneDVD. I would download the upgrades at http://www.slysoft.com
