Having Problem w/ Cucusoft Software

New to the Site... Brought here by a problem with my Cucusoft iPod Video Converter + DVD to iPodConverter Suite. I keep getting an Error I hope some of you might be able to help me with. (I bought the full suite)

"DVD2X.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows.
You will need to restart the program."

I searched the forums, nothing but decent thing said about the software....
