How do I delete O2?

Hi,

Just got a Nokia 6230i of my mate, but he was on O2 and the phone has O2 menus logos and O2 wap link on the main screen, how do I delete this and change it to Vodafone?

It is unlocked well wasnt to start with, put the voda sim in and was fine.

I used to well still have got a Sharp GX10i which was great for vodafone menus etc, would be good to have that back!

Any help would be appreciated,
