It's been tested to boot successfully :
firmware 1.0 debug unit (the bogus 1.0 update from sony), 1.0 retail,
1.5 retail, 1.52 retail, 2.00 retail, 2.01 retail and 2.50 retail
This version is useful to developers and firmware hackers.
What's new :
- Loads 2.00 and higher firmwares (decrypted only)
- New module loading method uses drive realocations by unmounting flash0 and flash1 and moint it
again to the MS drive
- more stable than the previous version.
- faster to load.
- no need to patch all of the fw modules.
- A lot more ram freed.
- can run eboots !
- The fw believes ms0 is flash0.

yea that's me that's gunna explain.
firstly, a FW loader loads a FW from a Memory STick instead of the flash memory. eg running 2.50 on 1.50, or if they get it working on 2.00, running 1.50 on 2.00. Example: On a 1.50, you run 2.00. Your PSP is now officially a 2.00 UNTIL YOU TURN IT OFF, then it's back to 1.50.
1.50 to 2.00 is good. If you want HB, load HB. If you want GTA, Load 2.00 and load GTA.
2.00 to 1.50 (if they get it working on 2.00) is also good, yet better. You can pla GTA and webbrowser, and for HB, just load 1.50.
This version is more stable than the earlier version (loading eboots, umds, music, photos and images made it crash) but isn't stable ENOUGH to be 100% FW Emulation. Theyre werkin on it tho.
Your current FW is in your FLASH and your BIOS. Your PSP = :
ms0:\
flash0:\
flash1:\
umd:\
they are the drives.
flash0: is the BIOS, it's read only unless flashed, eg update, downgrade, PSPSet, FW Faker...
flash1: is the flash memory. It resets every time the system is turned off. When you do game sharing, the game is stored here. When power off, it's lost. BUT there are a couple of files that STAY here. These are part of the FW.
the FW: flash0: + flash1:
so you take the flash0: and place it on ms0:\FA
you take the flash1: and place it on ms):FB

Yeah, I would like to know if I can play a ISO that's on my memory stick that requires 2.0 like GTA.
Can I play a GTA ISO with this?
If so, what's the program I use to load ISOs?
