i have a new btc rom drive and i can't istall it. My windows just wan't recognize it. The system just freezes. What shoul'd i do?

Hey you ask this question a wrong place.

How do you connect it in your PC? did you correctly set a jumper to Master/Slave?

Go to drivers.com and download a driver for it. It should work.

Anyway, BTC is suck. Buy some better brands because CD/DVD rom are cheap at Fry's Electronic.
