What is the best program for full albums? I know bittorrent, but it doesnt have as much of a selection as id like. For example, it doesnt have jamisonparker and i love that band. So is there any other one that groups by full album?

Use the edonkey network. That has a very large selection of full albums. Emule is the best client IMO.

Well BT has the largest selection of full albums. But if that doesn't take your fancy, you could always try IRC.
