Trying to burn dvd files with no success

I have encountered a problem when trying to add files to the video folder in nero. I already have successfully burnt dvds with nero. But this time when I tried to re-burn the same video, two files VIDEO_TS.BUP and VIDEO.TS.IFO cannot be dragged in the Video folder. Can you please help in resolving this issue.
