can get any emulator like a snes emulator for psp 2.50? if so how? anu help would be great .

As far as I know the highest firmware you can run any type of emu on is 2.0, I think you're out of luck.

HB is only on 1.50 and below.
Dwongrader is only 2.00 to 1.50.

So you won't be having HB.
