how do you unzip the .rar file?

i downloaded a game and i want to unzip it to my hardware and it is .rar but it cant seem to read the file and wont unzip..can someone help me out with this?

if you have the latest version of WinRAR, then you should just 'right click > extract files'....if you dont, then get it.

i downloaded WinRAR, and extracted the game file, then 50 other rar files came out. and when i try to extract them, it says i need the encryption password for it.. any idea how to solve that problem? ?:/

check the place from where you downloaded it from, or if it came with a .nfo file, right click it and open with notepad, and see if its in there....

I downloaded Gun from LimeWire.. and the file name is GUN.PS2.NTSC.PRECISION .. but apparently when u try and extract the extraced files, i need a password.. and there is no nfo files.. anyone else ever have this problem?

Hi the password to the file is precision. ive unzipped the files but they are all .mpg?? anybody know if they are suppose to be mpg or do i need to change them??

I think you might have downloaded the wrong file with that gun one ... I had someone ask me the same thing a little while ago.
Can you post an image of the files you got after unzipping the first file?, do a printscreen, edit it with paint or something..then go to http://www.putfile.com and upload the file... then post the url here.

And, you're not supposed to give passwords on the forums... edit it out or a moderater won't be happy.. and if you need to give something like that to someone PM them.
