smart encoding taking to long.

I have been able to encode a 120min mpeg in less then 30min using a costume setting that matched the same bitrate as the mpeg I wish to encode. When I tried it today it takes 2 hours tring to encode the as mpeg I did in 30mins in the past. I'm using nero vision 4 that came with my nero 7. I have smart encoding enabled and changed none of my settings. so how can I check to see if smart encoding is still working other then seeing the logo in right coner with the video is encoding? any help would be great thanks. G

At the last screen, click on "Details>>" and look for "Audio SmartEncoding ratio:" and "Video SmartEncoding ratio:"

If it says "0.0%" than your MPEG is being reencoded. You are not alone, I just posted my question on the same subject right before you.
