I have heard that there is a way of playing gta on a 1.5, by making the psp think it is a v2. until you reboot it. Is this true? if it is where can I get step by step instructions because i am really an idiot who doesnt understand all of the tech stuff!!! Please help

At the moment there is no way to play GTA:LCS on a v1.5 psp. There are firmware loaders, but they still cannot run the v2.0+ files correctly in order to play the game.

ARGH!!! YOU CANNIT!!!!

1. FW fakers don't work anymore. they used to before sony found out. Coded arms (needed 1.52) worked on 1.50. but GTA all need decryption!!!!
2. The FW loaders aren't stable yet.
3. The 2.00 eboot loader can't run some kernel mode HBs yet.
4. 2.50 needs some time to be h4xxed.
5. No it's not the AVC codec's prob like we earlier thought. we ripped em its still a prob.
6. just wait for t+3h 1337 u63r h4x0rz t0 h4x t3h FW2.50.
