Is it possible to dual boot the PSP between versions 1.5 and 2.0?

And another question, if I have a ISO of a game like GTA:LC that can only be played with 2.0, what software do I use to play it via 2.0?

Thanks!

As far as I know no there is no way you can emulate a proper and fully working v2.0 on a v1.50, not yet anyways. That said there is the SXT BFM (Boot from Media i.e. Memorystick?), Firmware loader. But, there are several problems with it right now. First off you need a decrypted Firmware, to use it. So it's going to be more involed then the MPH Downgrader was.

Second, again as far as I know you can not run any Games (UMD's i.e. GTA), with it, without crashing the PSP?. Same holds true for the Web Browser.

But, I think this is going to be the way that, this Scenes' going to move forward. So lets' give Yoshi and Team SXT, a little more time to work on it...

I heard Team Emergency Exit is working on a Dual-BIOS Dual-boot motherboard. He says that he's going to put another bios onto the PSP board so there's two and to select between the two you have a hardware switch. So one could be 2.60 for newer games and one for 1.50 for HB. Also, ppl don't haf ta worry about bricking anymore, as they'd copy the files or something, so ppl can experiment more.

BUT... TEE said that they are starting their prototype HOWEVER they found it very difficult and a 70% chance to damage your PSP 100% fully no chance of recovery (through incorrect circuitry, etc). They said they'll NOT release How to do it (at the moment) cos its risky stupid ppl will phuxx0r their PSP up. And they won't distribute/sell the boards either.

But they found this out:
Each BIOS contains 256MB RAM Flash Memory and 256MB ROM. The RAM is editable anytime but all data is lost when the power is off. The ROM cannot be changed unless it is flashed (eg Firmware Update, Flashing eg FW tweaks, 1.5 changing wallpaper, faking FW version etc etc etc.). To get a 2nd one of these would be pretty expensive AND rare. ppl don't just open their PSPs, take out the BIOS, trash the rest and sell the BIOS. You need a specific BIOS. Also, the RAM+ROM is 512MB altogether. Dual-CPU would give you 1GB of Flash and Read-only Memory.

I was told to change my sig so I did this.
