Comparison between SanDisk and Sony MS

Just curious, I have a SanDisk MS. My cousin has a Sony High Speed MS. He said Sony MS is much better than SanDisk MS. But I've read some reports that SanDisk MSs are better than Sony's. I think SanDisk is better.

So, who's right? (and which one is more expensive? )

Sandisk are supposidly faster but Sony ones are higher quality(made in Japan)

Sandisk ones are also 10-20 dollars cheaper that sony ones. Im not sure about lexar ones but i have heard a lot of problems about them with the psp.

well as far as i know currently memory stick "speed" when used in the psp does not apply. the different speeds only apply when the mem stick pro duo only are used in a digital cameras. as for price 1 gig sticks are getting alot cheaper, as are the 2gig sticks. but, the 2 gigs arent falling as fast.

price comparison between the two
standard 1 gig pro duo 75-100bux. i saw this weekend at fry's elec.60 bux after rebate for sony pro duo,also there are specials on the net if you can catch them.

2 gigs sticks are avail under 200 but dont pay over 200 for em.
i had both sandisk ultra2 1gig pro duo + sony 2gig pro duo.
but i kept the 2gig returned the 1 gig havent noticed any difference in speed...

my gaming advice to you get the biggest mem stick you could afford.
