UMD Emulator 0.8c strange power issue

hey all, peace

my problem is one i have never seen on any forums before, so i thought i'd ask here. i can get the game (untold legends, in this case) to run and load just fine, using the system menu otpion. i put in my legend of heroes umd, and it loads untold legends. i play the game with no problem. i push the home button on the psp, and it goes back to the psp root menu's. if i want to play the untold legends again, no prob, it works. but after i turn off my psp after using the home button (or in the middle of the game), my psp has weird ways of turning on. when it is off, i push the power "button" up, nothing. i can push it up a indefinate number of times, nothing ever happens. but if i hold to power button up for 17 seconds (yes, i counted), the psp turns on and behaves like normal. and as long as i don't try to play the umd emulator, it still turns on normally. the power "button" problem ONLY happens once i run a iso. is there a known fix for this? or is this a strange problem i'm only having? if the later, do you think it'd be wise to stop?

I have a similar problem sometimes. I don't think it's anything to really be concerned with... it doens't seem to be adversly affecting me in the long run- couldn't tell you for sure though.
