my dvd-rom disk not found!

hi all. my dvd-rom can used with other cd and dvd as well. but only one dvd that i can not used. when i open the dvd, it said this dvd unformat or can not used under windows(can not remember clearly). but this dvd can play in dvd player. anyone help me?
