Anyone knows how do I know my computer´s IP address?

And my machine´s node name?

Go to system preferences/sharing/ and you will see Computer Name.

Go to system preferences/network/ and then it should say under show Network Status. Mine has a Built in Ethernet and Airport. Doble click on the one that is active and it will show you the details.
