im thinking of getting it. Cause i like the voice stuff of xbox live. But for mmrpg games what is ur views on it. Ive played eq , eq2, ultima online, wow,guild wars and swg. What is ffxi like . PLz only good respondss from people that have actually played it.

It's expensive to play. Monthly fees and such. Got an 8.2/10 for the PC. Not bad but not excellent either.

It,s goign to be the same as it was on ps2, or pc. Infact, you may be playing online with someone whos on the ps2. Map is the same size, nothing new but that the graphics are goign to be way better. And o yea it's expencive to play. In canada its like 12 $ a month.

well wow is 15 so its better than playing that. It prob be lower seeing how u have to pay for live also or mabey not. I dunno if anyone can get a price that will in fact make me decide if i wanna play it ornot. cac

I've heard that ff11 isnt working on the 360 because they can't transfer files from pc/ps2 to xbox360 internet. Or they hav'nt yett.

do u guys think once it hits xbox360 they will charge u extra monthly fees, or will it be covered in xbox live? I personally think they are still gonna have an added charge, would be cool tho if it was covered in xbox live tho.

Well I know with the PC and PS2 version you have a monthly fee and there is an additional 1.00 charge for each additional character in your party. Thats why there is no pre-payed cards. Its $12.00 per month.

but your already paying for live, on PS2 some/alot of games are free to use online, so that's probably why you'd pay extra for certain games, that's all on the developers end of it, where-as w/ MS they connect you to there server via live so they're flippin the bill not the developer? i could be wrong.
